Become an integral part of the Helmut Lang business. We are looking for an Ecommerce Site Merchandiser.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site administration, such as product activation, categorization, and recommendations, based on merchandising calendar. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all product and content launches with thorough testing.
  • Implement site merchandising updates daily based on inventory ownership, marketing calendar, key launches, and overall merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist on email marketing functions
  • Manage price books and promotions
  • Manage the sample audit to ensure all products are shot in a timely manner. Generate shot lists and coordinate with wholesale and the photo studio to ensure sample availability for photo shoots
  • Collaborate with E-commerce Manager and Creative Services to ensure strong visual execution
  • Collaborate with E-Commerce and Marketing teams on site content, merchandising, and email marketing calendars.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments; PR/social, marketing, customer service, wholesale, and creative services
  • Implement and QA biweekly site refreshes, seasonal collection launches, sales, and promotions.
  • Assist in the buy and merchandising process, participate in market and manage any post market updates
  • Manage order entry and manage the weekly re-order and pre-order process based on ATS and sell-through
  • Continuously monitor site bugs related to product and content displayed. Report in real-time to eCommerce manager
  • Perform ad hoc sales analyses

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in E-Commerce/Digital Merchandising
  • Proficient in M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with an aptitude for learning new programs
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Sales Force Commerce Cloud is a plus
  • Must be resourceful, collaborative and a creative solution- seeker.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through
  • Comfortable learning new web tools and interfaces
