Job Description:
The Account Manager is a client facing role where you outline and help to execute the strategies that make a brands eCommerce business successful. You are the day-to-day contact with the brand, helping to drive the business based off of common goals and plans outlined in the project plan. Your attention to detail and knowledge of the brand partners business put you in the front lines of knowing when a strategy change may be necessary to influence results, including when to push on the gas. You partner with internal teams such as Advertising Managers, catalog specialists and designers to drive these results and help to sell the proper strategies back into the brand.
