Job Description:
We are seeking an organized, talented, and motivated, individual to join our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of eCommerce at Phelps United, eCommerce Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the accounting team maintaining Amazon. This individual must have hands on experience with Amazon Seller Central. Responsible for monitoring the inbox and responding to all customer concerns in a timely manner.
Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries and documenting actions
Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes
Assist with placement of orders, refunds and/or exchanges
Answer and address all customer inquiries 7 days a week and coordinate with project managers, warehouse manager and FedEx to address the issue.
Perform daily Amazon responsibilities including but not limited to, inventory reconciliation, shipment investigation, inventory management, listing creations, etc.
Knowledgeable of the Amazon platform and how to look up ASINs
Up to date on Amazon Seller Central customer service requirements following the rules & guidelines set by Amazon
Review and post all Amazon FBA & FBM invoices in accounting software
Process and post previous day’s FBA returns, reimbursement, and other fees
Handles open claims with all clients, Amazon, FedEx for all lost and/or damaged packages
Ability to calculate FBA inventory levels and send inventory based off a calculated run rate
Open and find a resolution on listings/brands that have been suspended or blocked and have them reactivated
