Job Description:
Our client is looking to hire an experienced, USA-based Amazon Account Manager to join their tight-knit, remote team of optimization specialists. The Amazon Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Amazon advertising and assisting with the technical support of their portfolio of clients. The position is focused on relationship management as well as execution of PPC strategies using our client’s methodologies and tools. The Amazon Account Manager is the main point of contact and a key role in optimizing clients ad spend and overall client success. The ideal candidate is one who aims to help the Customer Success Team deliver a positive customer experience, strategizes with Amazon Advertising Directors on campaigns optimization, and provides project management direction to team members when needed This role requires an organized and proactive problem-solver who will provide guidance to the client on strategy, budget allocation, and additional opportunities for growth/optimization. The ideal candidate is someone that embraces scientific and data-based strategies, enjoys taking on unique challenges regularly, and possesses an analytical mindset. The Amazon Account Manager will also conduct monthly meetings with their portfolio of clients to cover performance metrics and any additional reports. This role will report to the Director of Customer Success.
