Job Description:
The Amazon Coordinator role will require someone who is data-driven and process oriented to step in and develop and own the inventory management process with Amazon. An action oriented, resourceful individual will thrive in the fast paced environment of 4Patriots on Amazon. This role will be a key link between the 4Patriots product team and marketing team so the ability to collaborate and work across multiple departments is a must!

We are looking for an Amazon Coordinator who sees challenges as opportunities and is willing to take initiative to tackle new and unique challenges facing 4Patriots on a daily basis. The Amazon Coordinator should be a self-starter who will take ownership of their role and demonstrate enthusiasm.

Develop and own inventory management on Amazon for 4Patriots.
Create and manage new inventory orders through Amazon Inventory Management.
Use historical sales data to prioritize inventory to make the most efficient use of available space in Amazon’s network.
Work closely with the logistics and inventory management to update and track transfers of inventory.
Work closely with marketing on product build outs/launches on Amazon.
Watch and manage units of inventory labeled as unsellable by Amazon.
Communicate effectively with 3PLs to order inventory for FBA.
Monitor inventory levels on a daily basis and use data to anticipate needs.
Assist marketing with product launches, understanding timelines.
Understand 3PL routing guide compliance to ensure proper shipment to Amazon.
Build scalable forecasting of inventory needs.
Perform other duties as assigned
