Job Description:
The Amazon Marketplace Manager is full-time remote contract position with potential opportunity for permanent hire.
In this position, you will oversee Goorin’s Amazon Seller Central FBA program, including growth strategy, analysis, and day-to-day operations across all facets of Amazon Marketplace.
Ideal candidates have advanced experience in Amazon catalog management, fulfillment, and advertising.
Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth in alignment with annual sales plans goals/objectives
● Marketplace management, forecasting, strategy building, and ownership of results
● Manage and execute on day-to-day tasks of marketplace operations, customer service, updates, order fulfillment and processing, etc.
● Keyword research, site analysis, keyword expansion
● Own and manage SEO, AMZ Search, DSP measurements and monitoring methodologies
● Amazon PPC Strategy – Identify budget, ROI goals and discuss offensive/defensive strategies including keyword/product targeting across both advertising platforms
● Lead the Amazon advertising to deliver ACOS and ROAS across PPC campaigns and display ads
● Manage sales forecasts and investment plans
● Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and investment reporting while using this information to help identify and educate cross-functional teams on key trends
● Liaise with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to secure forecasts in line with channel plans and financial forecasts
● Oversee brand initiative go-to-market plans, on-time launches, and best in class Amazon/customer launch strategies
● Update and optimize for enhanced brand and other product-centric information including alternative images and video
