Job Description:
Exciting Opportunity to join the 100% premium sports brand with a focus on performance eyewear, technical apparel, and sports protection. We are currently seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our team in San Diego, to provide support for our Amazon Marketplaces. This role will work closely with key business and technology stakeholders to optimize our systems and technology.
Drive revenue growth on Amazon through conversion improvement from daily active account management
Manage all aspects of product listings across marketplaces implementing changes to ensure product accuracy and improve conversion, including:
Create and update product detail pages and associated A+ Content
Conduct SEO keyword research and copy creation (both frontend and backend)
Implement Amazon marketing and deals (promotions, coupons, lightning deals, Amazon Live, Posts, virtual product bundles)
Actively monitor and react to the competitive landscape (pricing, promotions, reviews, content, and other elements that drive customer purchase decisions) on a daily basis
Own end to end Amazon Seller Central account management and maintenance, including but not limited to:
Full compliance to account metrics and fulfillment/ operational processes
Work with Sales on gray market resellers pricing and distribution
Troubleshooting Seller Central issues and creating cases via email and phone
Optimize performance in marketplaces by leveraging technology partners including Celigo and Netsuite, collaborate with our IS and IT teams to maintain product feeds and business rules
Focus on product rankings on key search terms and work closely with our advertising team to protect and improve rankings and identify new ranking opportunities
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure products are in stock, have updated packaging, contain appropriate labels; manage inventory levels and FBA restock limits
Oversee day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, initiation, technology integrations, orders, inventory, content, performance, feedback, and advertising
Responsible for onboarding new marketplace & dropship projects/programs—requiring excellent cross-organization coordination and ownership of results
Drive a world-class customer experience by responding to Amazon Customer Service contacts in a timely manner and consistent with our policies; surface issue trends to the Brand Management and other internal teams to reduce future contacts or into Amazon Associates
Work collaboratively with the Marketplace team for the overall strategy by effectively identifying opportunities and recommending improvements
Work in a variety of Amazon tools to analyze data
Work with the Accounting team to ensure Amazon fees for all territories have been properly charged
Drive growth and profitability by optimizing product assortment on each channel
Identify and improve KPIs such as organic ranking, Buy Box rate, ROAS, and ACoS
Create, deploy and manage the 100% Amazon Associates affiliate program
Meet or exceed sales targets
