Job Description:
The Amazon Channel Manager owns everything Amazon for a portfolio of brands and provides hands-on Amazon account expertise to the Suma Brand Management team. This individual is responsible for operating and optimizing their brands in the Amazon channel on a daily basis including product listing setup and optimization, competitive analysis and monitoring, pricing and promotions, and keyword research and tracking. This critical role has a direct impact on brand growth and is measured against revenue and conversion improvement goals.

Drive revenue growth on Amazon through conversion improvement from daily active account management for a portfolio of brands
Manage all aspects of Amazon.com product listings across marketplace (US, UK, EU, etc.) for a portfolio of 6-10 brands; implement changes to ensure product accuracy and improve conversion, including:
Create and update product detail pages and associated A+ Content
Conduct SEO keyword research and copy creation (both frontend and backend)
Implement Amazon marketing and deals (promotions, coupons, lightning deals, Amazon Live, Posts, virtual product bundles)
Actively monitor and react to competitive landscape (pricing, promotions, reviews, content, and other elements that drive customer purchase decisions) on a daily basis
Obsess over product rankings on key search terms and work closely with our advertising team to protect and improve rankings and identify new ranking opportunities
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure products are always in stock, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications; manage inventory levels and FBA restock limits, prepare FBA shipments
Drive a world-class customer experience by responding to Amazon Customer Service contacts in a timely manner and consistent with our policies; surface issue trends to the Brand Management and other internal teams to reduce future contacts
Own end to end Amazon Seller Central account management and maintenance, including but not limited to:
Full compliance to account metrics and fulfillment/ operational processes
Controlling grey market resellers on pricing and distribution
Maintaining brand integrity through trademark, copyright, and patent infringement reports via Brand Registry
Troubleshooting Seller Central issues and create cases via email and phone
Work in a variety of Amazon tools to analyze data and operate brands including: Helium10, Junglescout, review software (FeedbackWhiz), etc.
