Job Description:
The Associate e-Commerce Manager provides overall support to e-Commerce Manager and leads specific projects tied to developing Amazon and other Consumer e-Commerce sites to grow sales of the VELCRO® Brand Consumer Products.
including: Amazon Advertising campaigns, A+ Content, customer review monitoring and reporting, and promotional opportunities (Lightning Deals, Bundles, etc.)
Prepares reports and analytics for Amazon accounts. Create bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on account performance; translate insights into dashboards, graphics, and summaries to share with management
Support global markets including Australia, Mexico, and Canada by supporting direct to consumer sales on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and eBay, monitor stock levels and create sales reporting
Align with supply chain team on demand planning; prepares and provides monthly forecasts
Support customer service and Accounts Receivables teams with chargeback investigations and Amazon compliance requests
Salsify: Assist with consumer PIM software. Work with product development and supply chain to ensure product data is complete and up-to-date. Create custom digital catalogs, automatic exports and channels as requested by users
Work with the sales team and e-Commerce manager to develop and support retail.com sites for customers
Provide deployment and coordination support of new content based on the needs of Amazon and other retail.com sites in global regions, including translation & localization.
