Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Success Manager to help build and manage the customer service team across acquired brands. A successful candidate in this role will have proven experience working in a customer service position, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail along with knowledge in the current industry trends and techniques.

Help build and finalize the unybrands CS Playbook.
Assist in hiring and managing VA’s to run each brand.
Work cross functionally with the Brand Managers to ensure CS team has answers to all inquiries.
Supervise day-to-day operations in customer service sector across the brands.
Provide outstanding customer service support to our clients and customers.
Implementing customer loyalty programs across all channels and setting customer satisfaction goals.
Help centralize and condense reporting.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation on all customer service functions
Ability to analyze data involving customer reviews and experience with products or services.
Prepare details reports on results and present to senior level leaders.
Promote customer retention and positive experience with the individual brand.
