Job Description:
Faribault Foods is a fun and growing manufacturer of a wide portfolio of delicious and healthy canned foods. We are seeking someone to develop and manage our online presence with a passion for continuously improving and optimizing the online experience for multiple brands at all online touchpoints. Qualified candidates must have experience selling in today’s online marketplace, and be looking ahead to the changes coming online tomorrow. This position will have the opportunity to expand an existing Amazon FBM business, launch our Amazon FBA business, and take our products to other online outlets.

Manage existing Amazon FBM, Walmart Marketplace, and Walmart.com businesses
Launch Amazon FBA & Vendor (retail) business models
Recommend and execute strategies to launch additional products on Amazon, Walmart, and other online outlets to include: assortment, pack-size, pricing and promotional plans.
Partner with retailers across the country to enhance our product content and ranking on their .com and click-and-collect platforms
Manage inventory and fulfillment across ecommerce channels
Identify needs and propose solutions to enhance the company’s overall online sales and digital strategy
Create and monitor ad campaigns and feature placement on Amazon, Walmart and retailer sites
Provide regular performance updates on where we are selling, where we are investing, total sales volume and revenue, and recommendations for future growth. This include reviewing the P&L with senior leadership.
Create and manage Instacart ad campaigns
Monitor and respond daily to consumers on social media for a handful of brands
Execute retailer-specific digital coupons and social campaigns
Create and launch ongoing email marketing campaigns for our largest brands
Review all seven of our branded websites and recommend content and feature updates
