Job Description:
This experienced and tenacious individual will partner with accessible business leaders to determine and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, formal agreements and new growth opportunities – as well as define and execute the strategy for how the channel creates demand and drives sales growth. This position will have strategic and tactical accountability for the development and execution of the plan with a focus on identifying and achieving sales growth, customer satisfaction and profit improvement within identified channels.

Work cross functionally with all of business functions and external partners to build our world class customer experience in both retail and E-Commerce environments by providing convenient options and intuitive services to customers (B2B2C).
Build new ways to connect to customers and to achieve highest customer satisfaction.
Proactively monitor top KPIs on a weekly basis to help store/Warehouse to solve issues, this role is also responsible for contents management across multi-platform promote omni-channel business.
Maintain product portfolio on owned channels including: content, images and inventory.
New product setup, focusing on data accuracy and channel specific content optimization.
Troubleshooting technical issues and working with customer service on continuous improvements.
Involvement in overall eCommerce customer service, order management and processing, ensuring timely fulfillment and operational excellence.
Answer online questions, research & resolve customer issues.
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements.
Analyze channel data; identify opportunities and recommend strategies to improve channel performance.
Work on the annual ecomm partner marketing plan, establishing and executing key promotional events in partnership with partners and marketing team.
Identify brands/products that have great sales potential
Create, definite, develop and maintain reporting/analytics dashboards as per requirements
