The eCommerce specialist will be responsible for the overall relationship success of Quality Importers and its past, current, and future clients. This position will ensure the service delivery is organized around the current and future needs of leading brands.

Should be skilled at managing products on Amazon FBA, Amazon FBM, eBay, Walmart and Wayfair.
Audit and optimize product listings within the marketplaces, including creating graphics and rewriting copy.
Maintain data integrity across ecommerce channels.
Conduct keyword research, analysis, and keyword expansion for products.
Learn and understand client’s business and competition.
Creative mindset that involves incorporating new listings into marketplaces, utilizing our print-rooms’ ability to offer laser engraving and screen printing. (Amazon Personalization and Etsy experience a plus)
Assisting with website management such as implementing newly created content, SEO, and meta data of alt, h1 and descriptions.
Update keyword-rich content for product descriptions, titles, and content pages.
Maintain product listings, provide competitive pricing, and create product advertisements.
Monitor and report performance of new products.
Inventory management: maintain and update inventory availability.
Inventory forecasting monthly for assigned accounts.
Serve as backup for Amazon customer service messages: answer questions from customers on orders, prices, services.
Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask and manage multiple accounts at the same time.
Monthly dashboard reporting and optimization.
