Job Description:
Manage the Amazon business (FBM/FBA) behind the scenes to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders including:
Manual Order entry/tracking
KPI & Scorecard review/management
Collaborating with 3PL’s to monitor daily outbounds
Forecasting order volume for Amazon @ Retail and D2C 3PL’s
·Facilitate rework process (including ordering supplies) as required for Amazon needs to ensure inventory is maximized to meet demand. Includes a cadence of regular refurbishment of returns, based on criteria outlined by the Supply Team
·Monitor daily data feeds for high profile items sold via Amazon FBM and manage stock transfers as required to maintain minimum inventory levels as outlined by Sales
·Liaise with 3PL’s to review any Amazon backorders and create a mitigation plan to ship within required timelines
·Assist with setting up new Amazon items & offer code cross reference info to ensure that orders flow through to our 3PL for immediate fulfillment
·Assist in creation of sku’s and spec info for new launch items to ensure compliance with Amazon needs
·Lead regular check-ins with program working groups and help keep critical deliverables on track
·Prioritize/escalate operational and team needs (or concerns) to upper management as necessary
·Visits as required to various 3PL’s for process/inventory management initiatives
