Job Description:
We are looking for a talented professional to join our marketing team and rapidly grow our Marketplace channels including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. This person will build and execute a strategy to increase awareness of Titan Brands across platforms while profitably driving customer acquisition and retention.

Exceed organic sales targets on third-party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Walmart
Oversee day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, initiation, technology integrations, orders, inventory, content, performance, feedback, and advertising
Work at both the strategic and tactical levels with the Creative Marketing and eCommerce Managers to ensure alignment with our B2C growth and sales plans
Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth
Identify and improve KPIs such as organic ranking, Buy Box rate, ROAS, and ACoS
Analyze sales patterns to identify opportunities and to investigate unexpected sales declines, preparing executive reporting when needed
Be responsible for onboarding new marketplace & dropship projects/programs—requiring excellent cross-organization coordination and ownership of results
Optimize performance in marketplaces by leveraging technology partners including Celigo and Netsuite, collaborate with our systems team to maintain product feeds and business rules
Manage Fulfillment programs (FBA and WFS) by planning inventory to send and working with warehouse staff to prepare and ship
Drive growth and profitability by optimizing product assortment on each channel
Proactively monitor and identify health metrics, taking steps to avoid issues that would affect revenue and quickly resolve any issues that arise
Ensure smoothly run business operations, address any escalations, and drive excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction by collaborating with multiple internal cross-functional teams and external partners when needed
Align Marketplace Team with greater company goals and marketing team overall strategy by effectively identifying opportunities and leading team members to accomplish their goals
