Job Description:
Simpl Fulfillment launched 7 years ago after the massive transition to online retail, and offers customers both e-commerce fulfillment and FBA prep services. We are currently on the hunt for a Office + Billing Admin. This person will be working closely with Simpl Fulfillment’s Head of Revenue by managing billing across our Amazon and e-commerce clients, as well as managed office operations!

Billing: You’ll work closely with the Head of Revenue + Owner on creating and managing billing for our clients. Excel experience is definitely a plus, but so long as you are comfortable using a computer, the process is pretty simple!
Phones: You’ll be the face of Simple! You’ll be in charge of answering and routing phone calls, taking notes, if need be, and give our clients the best possible experience.
Office Admin: The other component of the role includes making sure that supplies are stocked, that enough materials have been ordered for the month, and managing expenses, along with the Head of Revenue.
