Job Description:
Kavaliro is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, remote, salaried opportunity as a Senior eCommerce Manager. Ideally located in or around Bradford, PA.

The Senior eCommerce Manager is responsible for growing our client’ s marketplace business, with a particular focus on Amazon, by driving conversions, traffic, and marketing program to reach sales objectives. This role will be responsible for accelerating Amazon growth globally by leading sales initiatives to meet revenue goals, ensuring products are launched on-time, and maintaining products and brand presence as well as for collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to meet business objectives.

Manage operations of Amazon accounts (Vendor Central and Seller Central) domestically and select international regions. Maintain product data and brand integrity throughout entire Amazon catalog.
Create, manage, and implement plans to increase sales across Amazon and other marketplace platforms, in and outside of the USA
Lead a lean team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop, optimize and implement ecommerce solutions.
Maintain and monitor Amazon account health to achieve high seller rankings in addition to inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment.
Optimize product detail pages for maximum conversion with a focus on SEO (images, copy, titles, keywords, A+ content)
Maximize revenue growth and contribution margin of Amazon channel to deliver against aggressive targets
Compile reporting and analytics for Amazon accounts. Create bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on account performance
Align with internal Operations team on demand planning, fulfillment, chargeback, and compliance requests for business
Manage listings on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts daily, including setting up new listings, modifying listings and optimizing listings according to company’ s marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings and reviews to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.
Lead promotional strategies for brand on Amazon (deals, campaigns, etc.)
Plan and allocate Amazon Advertising (formally AMS & AMG) spend based on performance KPIs.
Analyze performance data of Amazon Advertising campaigns for future programs
Oversee and help analyze, execute, and optimize a keyword research strategy with the Digital Sales Specialist which identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic.
Maintain pricing and trade agreement master sheets for all Amazon accounts including parts, cross references, etc.
Continually keep Salsify Amazon channel properties up to date to ensure feeds are published properly
Manage channel marketing budgets for Amazon between sales and marketing to strategize funding spend and ensuring budgets are on target
Assist sales associates with purchase order questions or problems. Lead direction on sales orders
Demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives to senior leadership.
Be the in-house expert and repository of knowledge of all Amazon platform changes and best practices.
Maintain knowledge of Amazon selling policies, code of conduct and ensure all accounts remain in compliance.
Oversee the direction of continuous improvement of our internal and external processes to support Amazon
Assist with managing other marketplace accounts domestically and internationally as needed.
