We are seeking a Senior Manager of Amazon Marketplace to lead the eMarketplace strategy and execution for the key product portfolio across marketplaces. This is a Hybrid role located in Chicago, IL and Minneapolis, MN.

Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to drive the overall performance of Amazon eMarketplace storefront
P&L Management and Accountability of the eMarketplace business
Improve product rankings, ASIN coverage, listing quality, and searchability through content optimization and SEO techniques.
Own the implementation of the pricing rules within the eMarketplace to optimize conversion and net profit margins
Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
Drive growth through sponsored listings and advertising products, with responsibility for efficient bid optimization.
Expand global FBA operations to maximize coverage and buy box optimization
Manage Inventory requirements to support the Amazon business by analyzing inventory turns and sales velocity to determine optimal stock levels
Develop comprehensive and cohesive processes from order to shipment across various warehouses and business units
Identify gaps in coverage through detailed ASIN review and industry knowledge
Maintain high account reputation status through thorough customer responsiveness and satisfaction process
Monitor daily marketplace performance data and prepare executive reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies.
